Dwell Well.

Over the seven years I lived here, I've made countless friends and have seen so many improvements to the building and the care of the property. The building is central to so many wonderful parts of the city. It's directly between Cheesman and City Park and it's just two blocks away from a cultural center that includes a bookstore, record shop, and an independent theater. Two blocks in the opposite direction are some wonderful restaurants, a hardware store, and dry cleaners...

Four blocks away is Botanic Gardens and just a straight shot down 13th will land you at the Denver Art Museum and the Central Library Branch. If you're a person who likes to walk around; this is a great spot. The staff at Laramar works very hard to stay on top of everything. I especially have loved talking with Heller who truly cares deeply for the residents she works with. I highly recommend this building to Denver newcomers or people who like to be out and about in the city.
